We are well-versed in both legal systems, understand their legal, commercial and cultural differences, and ensure smooth cooperation and communication between the client, our firm and the French lawyer.

We focus on strategic advice, corporate governance, M&A transactions, corporate crisis management, settlements between shareholders, and the intergenerational transfer of businesses and assets.

Administrative law and local authorities

We represent clients in administrative proceedings and subsequent judicial reviews — for example, in matters of planning permission, tax litigation, administrative penalties and offences, and tax crimes. We provide legal advice to local authorities.
